Did not receive the model I ordered

I ordered the eWheels LUX model but they shipped me the EW-36 model. I called and left all the information they requested. They said they would follow up and get back to me. Still have not heard anything addressing my shipment. The specs on the LUX were my reason for ordering it in the first place. The person that contacted me said there was no LUX model and that the EW-36 was the right one. Well, I pulled up the specs on both and they are quite different.
The EW-36 is 27" wide and has a ground clearance of 5" and is listed for $500 less that the LUX model.
The LUX model specs claims a width of 20" and a ground clearance of 10" and was $500 more than the EW-36.
I would very much like to receive the model I ordered and to receive the $500 for the lesser amount for the model I received. For what it cost me out of my own pocket, I would expect that they would address this promptly. Apparently not. The cost was $2499.99, that'w more than my monthly Social Security benefits. Pluse I'm 72 years old, disabled Vietnam veteran with severe mobility issues. Would mean a lot to my quality of life. Hopefully I will hear from them soon...
