Cancellations
**For orders canceled before leaving our warehouse, there will be a 10% service charge applied to the total of the order if canceled after 5 hours of being placed.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, Or refuse shipping as this will not result to a refund but will result to an additional shipping charge.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your full refund minus a fee of $400-$800 to cover shipping and handling of the item. (additional fees may apply when returning larger sized items) Once an item leaves our warehouse, the customer who ordered will be responsible for all shipping, and handling fees if decides to cancel while in shipping transit. Refusing shipping will not result to a refund but will result to an additional ‘shipment refusal’ fee.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days of arriving back to our warehouses.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
